Masia Can Tutusaus

Marimar Estate (Marimar Torres)

Don Miguel Vineyard La Masia Chardonnay 2018

I would have hated this wine a few years ago, but I’ve learned to embrace some oak in California Chardonnay. Some melon here, citrus, minerals, vanilla, the oak is nicely integrated with the wine, I can dig. Paired with smoked wings. — 3 years ago

Masia de la Luz

Brut Cava Blend

Little more yeast and a little more sugar makes it carbonated/sparkling

Champagne Method- using traditional grapes (PN, Chardonnay and Pinot M) but can be from any where

Naturale- zero dosage which means no sugar added

Brut- little bit of sugar, but still dry. Little sugar added allows for second fermentation in the bottle.

Cava has just as strict laws as champagne. Originally called Spanish champagne. 100% in the Champagne region. Use common Spanish grapes. Can only use approved grapes.

Fun Fact- if you do a rosado,’it has to only be a 100% of one particular grape. Can not be a blend.

Champagne taste on a great budget.
