Great example of the Satèn style from Franciacorta. Not quite as acidic as Champagne given the warmer provenance but the same varietal mix delivers lovely fruit and a tight structure. Great value for a traditional method fizz. — 9 years ago

Opulent, ripe, oaky Oregon Pinot with cherry compote, vanilla, and cherry cola. Fruit tones and nice acidity stand up well to the wood. Now I want to try their Monogram. — 9 years ago

The oak is rich but not overpowering. The undercurrent of cola compliments the present fruit as well. Rich and very ripe for an Oregon Pinot. Well worth!
