Beautiful little Calabrian red blend. — 10 years ago
Intense blend of rare varieties indigenous to Calabria (Gaglioppo, Aglianico, Magliocco Canino, Greco Nero and Nerello Capuccio) from the Odoardi vineyards on the hills of Savuto, facing the Tyrrhenian Sea. Delicious, earthy, savory and smokey, nice minerality, notes of olive (the Estate is planted with olive trees and grape vines) and leather (or salami really) — 6 years ago
Good balanced, good aftertaste of this wine blow you away. Purple color reminds young Saperavi or liquid consistency in the glass, or gouache concentrate.
Small tannins, low acidic, becoming elder would be jam.
Grapes from Old vines and maceration applied. rye croutons, smoked salami in the nose. — 7 years ago
