Not the best offering, better for less experienced palates.

Dao, Portugal. It takes a while to open up but when it does it is all mature fruit and concentration. — 8 years ago

Herdade Paço do Conde Touriga Nacional Syrah 2015

This one could be a crowd pleaser, but unique with the Touriga National base. Not a lot of spiciness from the Syrah comes through but just a touch of the funk. A light dustiness too, but the overall feel is fresh. I really like this one a lot. I'd serve it at a party. — 7 years ago

Afrós Tinto Vinho Verde Loureiro 2009

Opens full but closes dry - complex and structured but somehow light enough for summer sipping. Excellent — 8 years ago

Smoking rubber on the nose and palate, medium to full bodied. A little one dimensional but not to a fault. — 10 years ago
