A wine of processes, not necessarily place. Multiple grapes, picked at different times, some died fruit, some late harvest picked, some skin contact. This is such an exotic wine. Pravis ‘Naran’ Solaris 2018: Medium-body. Balanced acidity. Fruity, aromatic nose & a crisp, soft taste. Citrus, apple, peach & minerals, ending with a nice dry finish. Any Solaris lovers out there?
