Great wine, dark fruit, dark chocolate, lots of tannins, decant the cab. @mawaskitchen love it. — 11 years ago

What a value for the price. My favorite cabernet under 50 dollars right now. — 12 years ago

Must try! If you see it try it! — 11 years ago
More restrained flavor profile than the J. Garrett. Cedar and graphite nose, with dark plum spice on the palate...tannins grab hold at the end and dont let go for just long enough to think about it and take another drink... — 12 years ago
Xmas eve wine #2 - big, ripe, fruity malbec from Diamond Mountain. One pretty cowgirl. — 13 years ago

Showing very well right now. Deep garnet in the glass. Nose of raspberry and vanilla. Full-bodied, fruit forward palate yields black raspberry, cassis, and light vanilla oak. Medium acidity and medium plus tannins make for a fine food wine, though just bright enough for a sipper (for some). An excellent, lighter option for when its son, Cab Sauvignon, is too heavy. Take it anywhere you’d take Bordeaux or California Pinot Noir. Now if only we can get Brian Graham to make more. Drink now through 2026. — 7 years ago
