I know this site is mainly for wine, but nothing like a 7 year old beer to renew your faith in local brewing. Dried bananas mixed with candied lime zest with a bit of barleywine style malt on the finish. Amazing. — 12 years ago

2013 vintage. This wine is the "Sacteaux" blend, and consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec, and Sangiovese. Aromatics of dark juicy fruits and tobacco; fresh and cool on the nose; dry and astringent texture with lots of acid to draw out the wine's story.
