La Fleur de La Galiane Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend

2010 Vintage. This reinvigorated my love of wine. Lovely licorice, tobacco and black fruit. This can probably age a longer, but it is ready to drink now. Enjoy!!! — 6 years ago

SCEA Romilly

Cidre de Normandie Ferme de Romilly Brut

I have enjoyed cider on a limited basis but I have never been blown away until now. Funky, earthy, and tart. What I found very enjoyable was the lack of “heaviness “ in the mouth , something I have not experienced with cider. A good example of an iron fist in a velvet glove. I know you might find this crazy but I felt this combined the best attributes of Burgundy and orange wines. Enjoyed with Dijon and rosemary crusted lamb chops. — 4 years ago

Try everything at your local shops, if they deliver, at least. French, Canadian, American but insist on dry hard ciders where possible. And try different producers
