Boden Funk Grauer Burgender 2019

Easy drinking! Honey suckle, tangerine, cuts through spice. Definitely not that funky, despite the name! — 4 years ago

Trocken Müller-Thurgau

My first time having this varietal. The sommelier at Astor Wines recommended this bottle as a representation of the grape. Absolutely love this! Strong minerality and well balanced. Everything I wish a dry Riesling brought to the glass. — 8 years ago

Boden Funk Müller-Thurgau 2020

Dryish. The funk is subtle but it's there. Grassy, earthy, like bell peppers. But lingering sweetness, like bright juicy apricots with lemon. Tart finish. — 3 years ago

Grauer Burgunder 2016

A very nice unfiltered white from Germany. Cloudy in the glass, with a hint of body from some possible skin contact. Quite full with an impression of being slightly off dry (though I don’t believe it is). @Delectable Wine the grape is Pinot Gris, apparently also called Grauburgunder - it’s a white. — 5 years ago

Blanc de Noirs Trocken Spätburgunder Rosé 2015

If spring was a feeling and a feeling was a wine. This is superbly elegant and has some real ageability. Citrus, limestone, and candied stone fruit but dry. Round in the mouth without being flabby--good viscosity and nice petrol character. — 8 years ago
