This is a decent food Chianti, versatile and refreshing. It has tart Granny Smith apple flavors up front, which I would normally associate with whites, with dark currant flavors and light on the oak. This is not a big or heavy wine. The finish is smooth and lingering. — a year ago
Used for cooking. Adequate for that purpose. — 7 years ago
Good, sturdy, drinkably delicious. I got this at the 5-cent wine sale at BevMo. I will buy it again. — 10 years ago

A different Pinot Nero from the high elevations of Sicily. Great aromas of plum, dark cherry, black fruits, soft tannins, nice balance, velvety and persistent juicy finish. Liked the acidity! — 3 days ago
