Delightful bold Shiraz, paired it with chicken dinner. Not too dry , and very flavourful. I can understand why it achieved all the awards it has. — 7 years ago

Very nice, not very strong tannins so very easy to drink. — 5 years ago
Fantastic. Unique and delicious. If you find it for under $20 it’s a good deal. — 7 years ago
Estate shiraz from the Davey Family at the Shingleback winery. 94 pts James Haliday, and I almost agree with him. Great aromas of grilled peppered steak, smoked Blackberry jam, cloves, and gravel dust. The pallet is silky, bright, and not quite so jammy as other Shiraz can be. Dark black raspberries and casis, black peppercorn, dried herbs, and blueberry tart dominate the fruit of the pallet, with a medium lingering finish. For sub $20, this is a great wine. Try with woodfire roasted sirloin and roasted veggies. Yum.. — 8 years ago
Super good! Typical Aussie style, big, but opened up very nicely after decanting. Not jammy, a little tannic, but overall great — 4 years ago

By far their best Shiraz. Unadorned with oak influence, fresh and vibrant. — 8 years ago
