This is a tasty sparkling wine from West Sussex in England. Still young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly.
Nicely balanced, fruity and complex. Easy drinking and good by itself or with food.
A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Grapes are handpicked and aged for 3 years on the lees. Made in the traditional method.

Very pale lemon in color.
Strong nose that reminds me of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.

Dry on the palate with mild complexity.
Showing limes, grapefruits, lemons, green apples, spices, herbs, under ripe passionfruit and gooseberries.
This is a young and very pleasant drinking Pinot Gris from England. Soft and elegant.
Crisp and refreshing. Balanced and easy drinking.
Should get better in a year or two of bottle time.
Good by itself or with food, and great for the pool.
