Adam Foster, your a crazy Australian that just maybe made the closest thing to drinking Hermitage I've ever seen, outstanding. — 8 years ago
Delectable this cuvée is X not Dreams. Not offered in your choices. This wine is redolent with Plums, Blue Fruits, dried meats and a brambly savoury note. A lot of mineral and earth from those ancient Cambrian soils in Heathcote. On the palate those savoury plum herbal characters. Some tasters have said this is a good rendition of Hermitage. — 4 years ago
Was surprised by this. Was more characteristic of a Bordeaux than an Australian Shiraz. — 8 years ago
Framboise with a little savoury edge - like its fortified counterpart, you could see this even working with chocolate. Touch of that savoury, sous bois character on the palate - good entry, moving to a little wild herb and red fruit. 91 — 10 years ago

Excellent value. A well-made rizza imo. 1/3 in ceramic egg on skins, 2/3 in ss tank high solids. Not phenolic at all, but textured (some careful fining here?). Bone dry. Lemon sherbet, floral terpenes, some kerosene tdn building. Fleshy also comes to mind. An utterly delicious drink.
Note: Was suppose to analyse this back at KW, but I couldn't stop drinking it. Yum! — 7 years ago

Very oaky on nose and palate. Far more oaky than the Syrahmi Heathcote X Shiraz I had prior to this. Ripe plums, dark chocolate and a little black pepper from a good vintage in the Barossa. This is the first of 6 bottles and will probably have one every 2 years until the early 2030s. A pity the oak is still so prominent after 12 years because the fruit was excellent - just smothered by mocha. Many will still like the style however. — 2 years ago
