The nose of this wine is so floral….dark violets, roses and wild herbs.
Ripe black cherries, tobacco, truffles and mushrooms with a hint of menthol on the finish.
Bright, vibrant acidity pairs with close grained tannins to give a smooth, elegant finish.

98 % Shiraz with 2 % Viognier.
Intense dark fruit, gentle spice, licorice, sweet black plums and a hint of black pepper on the finish.
Lovely, silky texture with well integrated tannins and beautifully balanced.
50 % whole berries, 20 % whole bunches, cold soaked then wild ferment in open tanks.
Aged 10 months on lees in French oak…20 % new.

Definitely showing its age of 12-13 years Black berries, eucalyptus, and crisp tannins..
Still ripe fruit, rich and round. Oak has integrated itself into the wine.

Red cherry, plum, chocolate, floral, prune and a bit of smokiness.
Medium bodied and so smooth with freshness on the finish.
This a great everyday drinking wine.

Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot blend from Tuscany.
Medium bodied with ripe cherries, black tea, plums and green olives with a subtle earthiness and underbrush. Fresh, crisp zippy acidity on the finish from the Sangiovese.
This is great value for money.
