Grown in stony, sandy soils with high content of limestone.
Vines are between 13-32 years of age.
Straw yellow with pink highlights.
Dry but with fruity flavours of peach, melon and yellow flowers.
A bit spicy with a slight peach pit bitterness on the finish.
This wine also spends 9 months on its lees to give round mouth feel on the finish.

Deep crimson red.
Black fruits , black berry and currants.
Sage, underbrush and bay laurel leaves.
Tannins are well developed with medium acidity on the finish.

Owned by the Mazzei family in Tuscany.
Dried flowers, sage, wild black berries tobacco and herbs.
Brisk acidity and a saline minerality on the finish.

Fermented and aged in stainless steel.
