Medium dark rubi robe, with no signs of aging, nose of leather, steak tartare, cedar wood and blackcurrant. So balanced and fresh on the mouth, medium bodied, secondary notes and top soil intermingled with cedar wood and dark cherries. This is sooo good. And you would never guess the bottle’s age. Medium dark rubi robe, no fading, actually looks like at least 10 years younger. Nose of flowers and anise, blackcurrant in the end. Oh so rich and so good in the mouth. Getting better after 20 minutes of uncorking. Tonight it’s a hair better than the RSV we tasted just before. Great stuff. — 2 days ago
