Underripe cherry, orange juice/mimosa, fuschia on the nose. Puckery as hell. Lemon rind, sea salt, maybe a tiiiny dash of Tapatio. Ideal for a lazy day when it’s hot in the sun but shivery out of it. Drink chilled. — 6 years ago

A perfect introduction into blanco. It has a wonderfully clean taste with nice agave all the way through and notes of white pepper and an earthy vegetable-ness. Not incredibly complex but entirely delicious. — 3 months ago
