Drinking this too cold is a minor misdemeanor - let it get closer to room temperature in the glass after airing out a bit and it presents lemon, hints of kaffir lime, jasmine. Innovative Spanish (Galicia) white blend of Treixadura, Torrontes, Godello, Loureira and Albariño. Lychee And Honeysuckle on the nose. Red apple and flowers on the pallet. Fermented on the lees which gives this wine some lift, richness and body. Perfect acidity with some pleasant bitterness on the finish. A real winner! — 6 years ago
