Delicious. Much more refined than I anticipated. — 4 years ago
Made from 100% Pais at an elevation of 630 feet from vines that are 120 year old. Grown 100% organic, dry-farmed & wild as you see in one of the pictures. 50% of the grapes are de-stemmed the old fashion way on a Zaranda and it goes through carbonic maceration. M+ tannins, bubble gum, strawberries, cherries, dark cherries, red rose petals & violets. The body starts light in body & style but the tannins are slightly sticky on the long finish. Very easy to drink young. 225 cases imported at a retail price of $20. — 7 years ago
Dusty dusty nose - aged hazelnuts.
Light bodied, with a touch of mushroom, tart berry, cran, pom, pom-cran, lemon grass acidity. This is a wild, ever changing wine, every time I taste it.
Last bottle, will have to go back to Chile, and get some more..
