What is this?
One of the rare, growingly extinct wine regions in the world-a coastal area near Lisbon, 50 acres left- that’s it. Ramisco is a red varietal, High acid, low alcohol- only older vintages released. Bramble, brick, less brett than 08, forest, cherry, dried rose petal. Very complex. Beautiful wine although is doesnt have the bracing acidity of the 08. — 6 years ago

Reserva Branco Collares White Blend
I've yet to open my only bottle brought home from Lisbon but I have heard they fall apart a bit pretty quickly with air... Was this your experience? How long did you have it open and watch it?
Was open for approx. 10 hours - lunch til late evening. Wasn't falling apart, but did improve.
