Enjoyed this Sicilian offering! The Grillo and Viognier blend had great nose, mouth feel and the spectrum of flavours paired well with Shrimp Scampi and Linguine.
Front opens with white flesh orchard fruits, these flatten out to apricot, regaining flavour to tropical fruits including unripened mango, transitioning to hints of oak - white florals and ends with cleanse of lemon & stone.🥂
