This wine goes well with many Mediterranean dishes. Easy balanced nice when you have neighborhood store that has a poor selection of wines.

The ratings for this cashmere in a glass red are way too low. It is a quintessential Cabernet Franc that is a great complement to red meats as well as meaty fish like sockeye salmon. Just superb with a nice long velvety smooth finish.

Decent for the price. Fruity, will open up a bit after some time. Suggest letting it open before first glass.
