Jantarova barva. 23 let stare. Plna zralost. Ve vuni rozinky, med, exot ovoce, ale velmi decentne. V chuti krasna kulatost, zralost, exoticke tony, medove podtony, nicmene svezi, kyselinka uzasna, trva. Malo perli, ale uzasne. Za me: nadchlo!

Tasting notes
The Carte d’Or cuvée is the very expression of the Drappier style. With its very high proportion of Pinot Noir, one is almost tasting a Blanc de Noirs. Champagne with a ne aromatic richness, it opens with aromas of stoned fruits such as white vineyard peach. A spicy hint announces a powerful and complex palate. A vinous Champagne of lovely complexity with a characteristic note of quince jelly. — 7 years ago
Medium ruby color, concentrated black cherry and ripe plum aroma, medium sweet entry, but getting drier afterwards. Good balance on the palate. Tannin medium plus, but the texture is polished. It kinda feels like a blend between Rhône Grenache and Puglia Primotivo. — 2 years ago

My a-ha wine. Outstanding plavac, a local varietal ancestral to Zinfandel. Med+ body with great structure and med acidity. Highly complex with ripe plum, cassis and relatively subtle oak characteristics. — 3 years ago
