Something new and unusual to me but wholly pleasantly surprising as well. Underripe strawberry and a slight vegetal note reminiscent of beet greens but not aggressive. I appreciate the love and care that was taken to make this wine from under appreciated varietals in an under appreciated region. Looking forward to trying more from this producer. — 2 years ago
