Champagne morning, noon and night!
Decant. Spicy berries, red and white peppercorns. Good texture. A little disjointed but the 3rd day it’s a good bbq food wine. SDWC — a month ago
Blackberry pie with slightly chewy tannins. Mouth coating with smooth finish. This is a winner. TBL — 3 months ago
Nice! Inviting floral fruit nose. Pear and beeswax with a juicy finish. Great sipping but stands up to a bacon breakfast. — 9 days ago
Deep blue and black fruit and nice thick mouthfeel. Balance and really good structure. TCA. Cork is agglomerate with disk on each end. For the life of me I don’t understand the thought process on this type of cork. You are taking a chance of your wine with a slice of cork? Just go with agglomerate and leave the disks off! Agglomerate have come a long way as far as taint. This is the second wine this year that I’ve had that is corked with this type of cork. Good wine ruined by bad cork, so I can’t rate it fairly. Initially Raspberry tart and Brett in a good way. Cork is amazing! Rich thick chewy mouthfeel. Fruit and wood still very prominent and well integrated. Surprised this has really held up well. — 19 days ago
Really nice blue fruit and fresh cherry with a super clean smooth palate and nice tannins. A little cedar and spice. . Balanced TBL — 2 months ago
First for me. Twin top disk agglomerate middle cork. This thing is TCA to high heaven. Wins most corked wine I’ve had. — 3 months ago

Last bottle. Nice cork! This is a stellar bottle. Lots of Red fruits. I would never guess a 1994. Maybe a late 90’s or early 2000. Smooth finish great color. — 6 days ago
