Big Nose Full Body Wine Sales in Brooklyn. “May I finish that Riesling?”
The best QPR in the lineup for me, save for the Aligote. Ladoix seems to be somewhat under the radar despite the serious wines that can be produced there. I suppose the reputation of Corton casts a “price shadow” on some of these wines and I will happily champion them. — 6 days ago
Overextracted. Not blooming in the glass. Closed, tannin not in balance. — 7 days ago
375ml. Liquid silk. All about that texture. With beef bourguignon. — 3 days ago
Honeyed with silky feathers of stone fruit. Not at all heavy or cloying. Went great with La Tur cheese and yuzu marmalade. — 3 days ago
@Delectable this is the “Les Ramparts” Blanc. A beautiful blend of fruit from Northern Burgundy and the Maconnais. There is almost Muscat like fruitiness and floral quality here. Quite playful and approachable. — 6 days ago
Purple, ruby, hint of garnet. Amazing tobacco leaf and spice profile. Drinking beautifully. — 3 days ago
A bit disjointed. Definitely has more gas in the tank but I don’t see it improving from here. Critics suggest Clinet as a standout in this difficult vintage but most at the table were left wanting. 90% Merlot. — 3 days ago
What a delicious treat. Mount Saint Desire indeed. Sexy. With Pierre Rovani at Oceana. — 7 days ago

A salty dog on this go around. Reading less tropical with more lime and slate. Was able to pick a few more and have four more bottles. — 3 days ago
