Big Nose Full Body Wine Sales in Brooklyn. “May I finish that Riesling?”
I was today years old when I learned all Coteaux Champenois wines are still. Deceptive packaging with foil and a pronged cage. Has white Burgundy feels with more super charged acids. Thanks for the correction @Tom Casagrande — 13 days ago
Really fine juice. Gorgeous, unmistakable Pinot aromatics. Creamy strawberry, wild cherries and raspberries. Wet leaves and forest decay. Palate is smooth, silky, and creamy in character with oak in the right place. Polished. Called Sonoma Pinot blind. Hella’ tasty. — 23 days ago
Light, juicy, bright Monastrell fermented 20% whole cluster. Leaning natural light with lots of energy and zest. Fleurie vibes. Have never had Monastrell this light and Barahonda is championing the grape in Yecla. — 3 days ago
Lovely and open. Loads of white tea.
Nice to try back to back vintages. — 10 days ago
Nice snap and sizzle. Golden apple, pear, grapefruit pith, and crushed rocks. False effervescence that fades with air. Sustainable farming. Great QPR. — 17 days ago
Dark in the glass with aromatics on the brooding side. Mulberry, coffee grounds, and subtle game. Only 12.5% abv. — 23 days ago
Chiseled and stony. Lime and slate. Acid in spades. Blind tasters were leaning Albariño and I don’t blame them. Uncharacteristic for the hotter/fatter vintage. Can’t find a lot on this wine and don’t know if “Hofberg Reserve” is an entirely different bottling than “Hofberg”. — 10 days ago
First vintage of this bottling and just entering the zone. Almost purple color. Sappy, spiced, dark berries. Earth hiding underneath with smooth, ripe tannins. Big at 14.5% abv. Pair with Korean BBQ. — 17 days ago
This is not the correct wine, but it will never be found as it was made by the winemaker’s grandparents. Last time he tasted it was when it was recorked in ‘91 (he was 14). Officially the oldest wine I’ve had. Incredible TbA. Historic. At Atoboy NYC. — 21 days ago

Stunning Garnacha Blanca from 100 year-old-vines. Aged 7 months in new and 2nd use 300L French oak on the gross lees. Textural with perfectly integrated wood influence. Burgundian characteristics without the Burgundian price tag. Tasted at the winery. — 3 days ago
