I adore this. Beautifully aromatic and structured, but very silky and only 13% abv.
Aged 18 months in french oak (8% new), this shows rose petal, hibiscus, cherry, cranberry, apple skin, blood orange, rhubarb, black tea, walnut, and spice. Has now had five hours of air and is perfectly in stride. Their website says drink through 2038, and I won’t argue with that. 482 cases made. Biodynamic. — 8 days ago
