Layers and layers that go on and on. Birth year gift from my father 14 years ago that we finally got around to now. Worth the wait. — 2 months ago
Perfect. Cork was perfect. Color perfect. Elegant. Long. Beautiful. 30 years! Happy New Year! — 2 months ago
“Please don’t call it regular”…. more bricking than expected at 10 years old. But tasted fresh. An hour decant helped. — 13 days ago
Frikin rocked a left over Christmas turkey sandwich! Crisp. Citrus. Pie. — 2 months ago
At 25 years I thought this might be over the hill. Initially mute and astringent. Time in the decanter did miracles. Nieces called it green olive, sweet fig, and cave (wet moldy grey cave)…. Nailed it! — 2 months ago
This was my summer sipper. Crispy nutty flowers. Can’t wait for next summer! — 3 months ago
I love this because it’s simple and honest… Decant it in the cheapest decanter you have, pour it in your worst wine glasses, and close your eyes and pretend you are in a small French village, sitting out in a village square, sun tickling your nose, perfect bread, slight smoke from Gerard three tables away, kids playing football close enough to worry about an errant ball… heaven. — 23 days ago
Happy 25 to this one. Best of the case so far. Bright color. No bricking. Just excellent. — 2 months ago
Blood, inside bottom of barrel, steak juice off the grill, olives, clove…. Etc. Long decant. Long finish. 14 years old. Happy Thanksgiving!! — 3 months ago

This was special. Initially muted and thin… but then started to wake up… a lot! Sage and mint appeared, then becoming more savory as the hours went on. Decanted. Finished the next night. Last sip was the best. Gives you perspective… aka Cellarius. — 13 days ago
