Drank as my first wine off Whole30. With no food. Started off dark and dry. As it opened, more berry forward. The finish has a little Sweettart candy dust to it. Ended up eating with buffalo chicken wings and was still tolerable. Less complex and dry than my favorites. Easy to drink. — 6 years ago

Nose: Cherries. Drier on the finish. Paired with Italian paninis and it held its own with all those flavors. — 6 years ago

Some earthy funk nose right off the bat! First taste was much less intense than the nose. Starts off earthy, but finishes with some tartness. I like it for me, but probably wouldn’t serve it to guests. — 6 years ago
