Reserva Las Mulas Cabernet Sauvignon

Let it decant for min 1hr, more if possible...otherwise rough. Once it opens up....its nice. Lots of undergrowth, some red and black fruits. A decent dinner drinker, also OK on the second day.

I’m a huge fan of funk, but this is all mule and no fruit. Soiled diaper aromas with raw bell pepper aromas, green tannins and a bit of red currant if you go looking for it. Seems like this was a difficult harvest.

Some earthy funk nose right off the bat! First taste was much less intense than the nose. Starts off earthy, but finishes with some tartness. I like it for me, but probably wouldn’t serve it to guests.

Enjoyed with Mussels con chorizo in bouillabaisse @ Mariposa Sedona

Good. On the cheap.

Easy drinking, very dry

Peppery, easy to drink - single dimension. Not complex. Would be good with steak - reminds you of a Malbec. We got it end of bin. For the price, nice bottle worth purchasing.

Um vinho orgânico, extremamente especial, frutado e delicado ao mesmo tempo. Arrependimento de ter trago uma só garrafa!

On the lighter side with a balanced flavour and smooth finish. Very nice!
