Stop and Smell the Rosés. Rosé the day away. Will you accept this rosé? Rosé is bae. (I Never Promised You a) Rosato Garden. Rosé-tinted glasses.
We'll stop with the puns (for now), but you can never have too many rosé puns. You'll definitely need one for your Instagram caption after you visit the Rosé Mansion pop-up in New York City. This is a space where you can take that perfect Instagram shot around every corner. Created in 2018, this rosé experience is a wine bar, amusement park, and museum of science for wine all wrapped into one very pink space.
Starting in the Fermentation Room and ending in the Celebration Room, your ticket allows you to try 8 different rosés as you walk from room to room or world to world. While you only taste 8 rosés during your journey, there is a large selection of wines you can buy by the glass or bottle in the mansion's last room. You can grab tacos and ice cream from Taco Dumbo to complete your Rosé Land tour. From ball pits to swings to confetti to bathtubs filled with petals, Rosé Mansion is a summer getaway where you can sip the summer's favorite pink drink and have your own rosé filtered photo shoot. The wines listed below showcase 8 of the rosés you can try while living it up in the mansion. Cheers!

The Delectable team experienced this exciting pop-up — wine, photo-ops, ball pits, and all! Read on to find out their favorite rooms.
Claire: My favorite room was the rose garden because it brought the rosé to life! The bathtubs were unique and fun props, and when paired with the rose petals, made for the perfect boomerang. There was also a garden swing which added a lovely romantic touch. The biggest plus, for me, was the wine from Apothic , which is an all-woman owned winery in California!
Matthew: Whilst in the Rosé Mansion I couldn’t help but feel my inner goddess in the burlesque room (Moulin Rouge)! After scoring some selfies in the perfectly lit vanity, I indulged in some Maison Marcel as I prepared for my opening number. We were told this was once the can-can dancers’ drink of choice before performing.
Julia: My favorite room was the game room — “Pursuit of Sweetness”. I’m a clickbait type of sucker for any sort of quiz, so put one on the floor with wine at the end and you’ve found my achilles heel. I journeyed through the various questions to find my preferred sweetness level — ranging from how I take my coffee to if I prefer margarita or gin. I ended up at “dry” which is 100% correct and treated myself to a Plume Rosato .
Shea: I was never one for science, but the Fermentation Room sparked something chemical. Maybe it was the wall set up with beakers and bubbling pink substances that reminded me of Dr. Frankenstein if he was trying to create the perfectly pink drink instead of his monster creation. All lessons in school would have been better with a glass of Marotti Campi in hand as well, but c'est la vie.
The general Delectable team consensus? Rosé Mansion is the booze-filled mini amusement park perfect for your next Instagram hit. Just don’t go here looking to taste some crazy cool or high-end rosés, and you’re probably not going to find your next favorite bottle within the experience. You do have the option of tasting some more rosés by the glass or bottle at the end from a surprisingly hefty wine list, but you’ll have to pay for those separately.
