Skin fermented ribolla. Was so sharp when it was cold. Way way way better now it's come up to room temp. Definitely heed the back label advise. High on the bruised apple flavour. #edanchforpresident — 10 years ago

when I spent time with jean, he drove around brda with a case of rebula in his trunk. hot and bumpy. so that we could taste and see how rugged that wine is! there were open bottles of rebula and even sivi pinot in his cellar that were at their best 5 days after opening.
