Follow the arrow! A very fun wine full of minerality and tropical/citrus fruit. #gabriobini #homesweethome — 9 years ago
Give it it time and air. We didn't devant but opened the bottle about 3 hrs before consuming it and it changed for the better. Tannins were very well integrated around all the flavor. It's a mouthful! #homesweethome #christmaseve2016 — 9 years ago

The best and oldest vintage of Dominus we've had to date. An awesome restrained and complex Bordeaux-like start and finished the evening more new world. Just getting over it's peak now. Beautiful! #hawaii #wheninamerica #homesweethome — 10 years ago
Don't drink it too chilled. Let it warm up and fill out your glass. Non-dosage champagnes go great with lamb dumplings and other Asian food. #homesweethome — 9 years ago
Likely best left alone for another couple of years. Despite the vintage, it took time for the flavors to catch up to the bouquet. Decanted it which helped. Would love to revisit in 4-5 yrs. #homesweethome — 9 years ago

Take your time here and you might want to decant this for 1hr or so. Structure and focus start to show the longer you give it. Didn't quite meet the RP 99 score but a great bottle. #hawaii #wheninamerica #homesweethome — 10 years ago
Minerality, earth. Take your time with this one. The second glass shows much less tannin. #homesweethome — 10 years ago
Easy drinking from the start. Has not lost any fruit or flavor and the earthy flavors have started to come out. Very enjoyable and drank more like a 90's vintage in terms of freshness. #homesweethome — 9 years ago
Likely from the 2012 vintage. Straight shooter with lots of fresh dark fruit. A bit better than the last one we opened - also from the same batch. Still have a few more that will be fun to follow.

#homesweethome #christmaseve2016 Already a very fun wine but give it a couple more years to develop further. — 9 years ago
Took our time with this one and it was worth it. Give it 40mins or so to open. Do all Amoureuses have that little fiery finish. It's beautiful and it happened with one from Vogue. #homesweethome — 9 years ago
#hawaii #wheninamerica #homesweethome Best to let it open up a bit so that rounds out. — 10 years ago
#hawaii #wheninamerica Great cabernet, but just enough merlot to round out with a boneless rib-eye. #homesweethome — 10 years ago
E & K G
All you want with a developed Bordeaux. Elegant leather, fruit, cigar and other ripened notes, and just enough acidity. #homesweethome — 9 years ago
