N: nice funk and floral apples. You can smell the French influence! P: great balance and more towards the drier side. Purdy cider! #michigan#cider — 8 years ago
Nose of wet leaves, dark bing cherry and a hint of thyme. Palate of dark bing cherry, blackberry and raspberry. Great acid and tannin balance. Mouth tingling even. #michigan#wine — 9 years ago
Hard to even call it cider. More like.....Apple flavored soda. With alcohol. Sad. Frozen apple juice concentrate bought from China, caramel colors, potassium sorbate and forced carbonation. That would make ANY orchard angry!
Honestly .......not many in MI. Try Blue Mountain from Milton Free water Oregon. All sustainably grown, estate orchard apples, fresh pressed, nothing added, apple goodness
As silly as everything about this is-- thus sweetie is not bad at all. Notes of peach, pineapple, lime and lemon pith make it a great pairing with chicken tandoori and any spicy meals. #sweet#Michigan — 9 years ago
