Lush wet nose showing Saturday morning blueberry syrup. Jumps out of the glass. Wonderful nose! Ripe black fruit hits the tongue, candied walnut, soft mouthfeel with balanced tannins and cracked pepper round out the taste. Acidity is slightly high that causes the mouth to water over the ripe black fruit and smoke for a sustained finish. Well done @Rob Sinskey well done! 177 cases produced. — 8 years ago

Last bottle was off, this bottle is a great example of a Zinfandel. Fresh cut spring flowers, cinnamon and clove round out nose. Light and fresh on the front of the palate. Cardamom and nutmeg strike the mid palate. Finish is nimble with bright acidity as the star. — 7 years ago
