Another monster offering from Ferrari-Carano. Thought I should try this after the success of the Back Forty. Really big syrah note after opening, and seemed like a candidate for decanting, but came together quickly, for a very tasty and balanced glass. Ripe and rich, but conversely earthy and complex.
