I'm no Cab Sauv fan, but this is a wine I can like. Really mellow on the fruit, mineral, green pear(!), dried cranberry, high acid but only medium tannin... Nothing like CS, and I'd drink it all day.

Scratch that, this was the Sauv Blanc. Also very nice and very atypique.
