Give this wine a chance to warm slowly from a chilled state and evolve in the glass (big bowl) and you be struck by the nuance of this "WORLD CLASS" variety. A Chardonnay like richness is just the start. Better acid balance and subtle soil notes combine to give an excitement rarely found in new world Chard. This bottle was great and even ends at notes of Pineapple coconut cream mouse dessert. Wow!
