Beauty! Fresh, toasty bread and strawberry jam on the nose with plums, a little cinnamon and light smoke on the palate. Finishes with good tannins for a young wine and settles on the roof of your mouth - slightly drier than expected. Very excited to find such a gem from South Africa with an incredible blend of 56% Shiraz, 27% Cinsault, 6% Grenache, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Tinta Barocca, 2% Pinotage, 1% Mourvèdre, and 1% Carignan. Eight grape types and orchestrated so perfectly.
