I have never had a worse decant done at a restaurant. After the waiter noted "this ones kinda old" I went back to talking with my son. I then, no joking, heard glug, glug, glug, turning around to see the bottle literally upside down being poured into the smallest decanter ever - basically one of those carafe's when they give you the house pour for the table. Unbelievable for a restaurant who serves this much wine. This was special dinner so decided to just choke inside and not make a scene. My son said I looked astonished. I was.
