Bright, fresh, peppery, and vibrant. Cherries, red currants, and rhubarb. Thoroughly enjoyable.

I am an Adelsheim fan, but not too wild about this wine. It’s either a bit past it’s prime or it is very tight and tart. Lots of cherries and pomegranate. I decanted for a little more than an hour, but I suspect it needs a lot more than that. If you have this wine, drink it soon.
