Peppery and smokey. Tasting plums, strawberries, and sour black cherries. Not my favorite Adelsheim, but still a fine wine.

Apr 9th, 20202012 was a great year in the Willamette Valley and this wine shows it. IMO, Temperance Hill is Adelsheim’s flagship wine. Mineral and fruit, you can almost sense the stone in the soil, and the ripeness of the fruit.
