Alain Jaume & Fils
Domaine Grand Veneur Clos de Sixte Lirac Red Rhone Blend

Grenache Noir, Syrah, Mourvedre
Top Notes For
Dark fruits, dried, tannins medium, acid medium, briarbrush undertones, good finish with earth and leather. Probably needed a good decant, but it was bday time at the restaurant...we survived!

Dec 24th, 2017Drinking quite fine with a two hour decant.
Generous black currant, cocoa and spice. Complex and voluptuous. Drinks better than some CdP's I've had of the same stellar vintage.
