Monday night and to start the week I have opened the 2015 Albert Morot Beaune Bressandes Premier Cru Pinot Noir. This beautifully aromatic and energetically palate pleasing pinot noir is a perfect way to start a week off right.
On the nose is beautiful red fruit, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, cranberry, barnyard, clove, cola, vanilla and cinnamon.
On the palate the beautiful red fruit continues through with cranberry, tart raspberry, tart cherry, strawberry, rose petals mushroom and dry earth.

I think I liked this better than the bottle I had the other night and I loved that one. The best part was that nothing overpowered your senses and it was just a pleasure to drink. Happy Thanksgiving to all of my fellow delectable wine drinkers. Be safe
