First rose I’ve had in probably 10 years. Bright strawberry with a little bit of mint. Dry. Short finish. Not sure how to compare it or what I would pair it with.

2016 vintage. Was a little afraid to try this, since the last vintage had an overt and clumsy sweetness to it, but there was nothing to fear. Dry and chalky, rose petals, white raspberry, cranberry, pomegranate pith, white grapefruit peel, lemon. Some phenolic bitterness to it, but just lends itself to a long finish.
