Lemon, baked apples, nuts, yeast, and plenty of minerality. Acidity is snappy, great balance, and a strong finish. First biodynamic wine I've had from Burgundy.

This wine has continued to go from strength to strength over the last year +. Developing so well. Putting on some weight and showing a savory element as the brightness recedes.
