⚡️New Release ⚡️This 2011 'Jarrah' from Alkoomi (Frankland River, Great Southern) is made only in exceptional years when the fruit is on point. The Jarrah is hard to come by as it's made in small quantities and it's also made from Alkoomi's oldest Shiraz vines! It retails for approximately $45, so if you see it - buy it as it's drinking brilliantly now but will develop further over the next 5-10 years.

Gorgeous vibrant garnet colour on the eye. The nose makes me think of peppered steak with rosemary and cranberry on the side - it's fruity, smokey and enticing! In the mouth it's juicy and plump yet subtle and elegant with cherry, plums and red liquorice standing out for me. Truly wonderful!

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #gifted #tcweekdaywine #tctastingnotes
