Valle de Uco Cabernet Sauvignon

Aromas of salty meaty red fruit with herbal notes. Subtle pot pourri, velvety black raspberry fruit finishing on a fresh floral note.

Blue cheese, cat piss, lemons and wet stone. A very interesting nose. Acidic, lemons, wet stones. Nice mineral finish. Really digging this.

Light bodied for a cab..makes for a nice summer red.
