This reminded me of of a Viognier, though it should remind me of Gewurtztraminer without the spice and rose notes. I think it may have needed to be a few degrees cooler. As the second taste was betyer and a little more precise. Thicker textured than the other wines, lower in acidity, I would like to try of this almost once extinct varietal.

Fresh apple and quince notes, with a decent body and some texture.
