There's a lot of pineapple and stone fruit on the nose. So much so that the fruit aromas were leaping out of the glass as soon as the wine was poured.
The acidity does a tremendous job at cutting through the richness of goat cheese. Largely mineral-driven, I only wished that the length persisted a tad longer.
The wine wasn't nearly as exciting on the second day. Drink up!
