I probably don't need to ever buy Napa Negroamaro again but glad to have experienced it once! I love the ambition but Altamura should stick to their Sangio which is SO much better.

2008 Nebbiolo in 2021. Earthy with leather and blackberries. Very tannic on the finish. Overpriced.

Visited Altamura in 2014. GREAT wine, GREAT winery! We have always loved their cabernet, but got to try the Negroamro during our tasting. I've been hooked ever since! This is Italian wine grown on Napa soil. This is our go-to House Wine. I LOVE IT!!!! We order it by the case. (Can be purchased through the winery)
