Perhaps a little early for a Priorat. Fruit very pronounced, but still has a dusty feel. The finish is a little abbreviated, which is why I think it could use some more time. Great with the Bobby Flay Louisiana Filet, though!

December 12, 2019. Picked up on sale. Good find. Mellow fruit with a bit of earth. Yummy Priorat.

Youthful but ever so approachable; intense and concentrated but elegant fruit, a well played, fully integrated portion of high class oak and a dusty minerality. Pronounced but finely textured tannins, balanced throughout the long finish. Built to last, and will sure benefit with som age, nonetheless a pleasure already.
